1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Joblio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Joblio provides an AI-powered office management platform for contractors, including SMS automation, job tracking, lead management, scheduling, estimates, and analytics.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate business and contact information
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Joblio
4. Subscription and Billing
- Joblio offers a 7-day free trial for new users
- After the trial, your selected plan is charged monthly in CAD
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
5. AI Assistant
- The AI assistant responds to customer inquiries on your behalf via SMS
- You are responsible for configuring accurate business information, pricing, and hours
- AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be perfectly accurate
- Joblio is not liable for any commitments or pricing quoted by the AI assistant
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Joblio for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or any purpose that violates applicable laws.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Limitation of Liability
Joblio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Joblio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
